was established according to a decision of the KPC Board of directors in 1986, to provide suitable environmental protection and encourage the development of all the oil companies. It is one of the most important vocational training centers in Kuwait. It carries the responsibility for developing advanced training services to an outstanding level, attested to in the graduation of operators, technicians, and administrators, according to the needs of the oil companies. One of the most important goals is considered to be the encouragement of Young Kuwaitis to enter work in the oil sector.
